Working Together For Your Wedding Day

We've walked in your shoes. You want it to be elegant. You want it to be fun. But you don't want to begin your new life together drowning in debt.

With Diamond's $990 package you can have:

* A warm, sharp-dressed, highly-experienced
and ordained non-denominational minister

* Professional Photography, including family shots
and a posed photo shoot with stunning backgrounds.

* Professional HD videography from a team offering
15 years combined experience.

* Our preferred location for this package takes
place at Star Tower at Estrella Mountain Ranch,
which provides scenic views in every direction and
the most beautiful water falls in Greater Phoenix.
We can offer other locations as well.

Your Ceremony will be professionally photographed and filmed. After the Ceremony, Diamond coordinates the family photos, then takes the newlyweds on a photo/video shoot with scenic backgrounds. Our minister handles the signing and submitting your license.

After the Ceremony and Photo Shoot we attend the first part of your Reception, which often includes your Grand Entrance, First Dances, Toasts and even Cake Cutting. We use one video camera and one photo camera. When we reach the four-hour mark, we ask if you'd like us to stay longer at $200/hr.

Your final product is a two DVD set in padded, leather (black) styled cases with professionally printed full-color labels. The first DVD contains your photos. The second DVD contains your edited video.

In addition to your DVDs, we produce a short trailer with cinematic music which we post to YouTube. You can share this with friends and family worldwide, so that those who could not attend can still experience your special day.

Ministers

You've invested your heart and soul into this event, and as the time approaches you begin to reflect on the decisions leading up to this point. Today the decor and food choice seems to pale in significance to the officiant who will spearhead the event.

Many couples wrestle with the question of who should officiate their wedding, especially if they don't have a church or a Pastor who knows their names.

Dana SalsburyM.Th offers 15 years of both non-denominational ministry and professional event-planning experience. His public speaking experience spans 16 years, 16 states and two foreign countries. He has officiated weddings since 1998.

"As an ordained minister, I believe in the power of love, regardless of the level of spirituality. I feel that spiritualizing a wedding for a not-so-spiritual couple is a disservice to them. Everything about a wedding personifies the couple, so I match the ceremony with the couple's spirituality and represent them by my words."

Reverend Giovanni has been performing ceremonies for all faiths since 1987, and serves a ministry of feeding and caring for children in Juarez Mexico and beyond. He just received the honor of 2010's Best Non-religious Officiant in the Wedding Chronicle's Reader's Poll. He has also won Weddingwire's Bride's Choice awards for both 2009 and 2010.

"I will work with you and give you the freedom to express your own spirituality, your individual personality and your expression of love for each other in a ceremony made for you."

We will help you with navigating the wedding license procedures, and will assume the responsibility of verifying and submitting your license after the wedding -- that's no time to concern yourself with paperwork!

Here are some FAQ that you might have of us:

In which states and communities are you licensed to officiate ceremonies?
All fifty states.

Can we read your ceremony before our wedding day?
Yes. You will be able to read and approve your script, so you know what will transpire. We do speak off-script at the beginning in order to assure that your guests feel like they are a part of your wedding and not merely spectators. We want to draw them in.

Will you allow us to write our own vows?
Absolutely. This is often the most powerful part of the ceremony, and we highly recommend it.

Do you have a back up officiant on call, in case of an emergency?
Yes, we have many connections.

How long does the ceremony usually last?
It entirely depends on the preferences of the couple and number of events within the ceremony. Most fall between 12-20 minutes.

Will you marry couples of different faiths or previous divorce?
Yes. Our conviction is that all couples have the right to marry, and that society benefits from the institution of marriage. It is the responsibility of the couple to determine their own compatibility and preparedness.

What documents do we need to bring to our first meeting?
Just ideas. At the ceremony you will need your license.

How long after the ceremony do you file for the official marriage license?
After the signing we submit the license the next business day.

What kind of pre-wedding counseling is required, if any?
None, though we do offer it.

How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel fee?
I will travel wherever love blossoms. Travel fees cover fuel and accommodations.

What are your standard payment terms?
50% to secure the date. The remainder is due after the ceremony.

Videography

The following videos feature Rev. Giovanni and Salsbury include additional cameras and operators, which are available for an additional charge. The locations are also not representative of the locations that we would refer. The trailer that we produce for YouTube is one minute in length. A full song video is available for $200 additional.

Location

As mentioned above, there are many places to host your Ceremony. We recommend Star Tower, as long as your Ceremony is less than 25 people. If you have a larger group, we recommend a local park. The general rule is that if you don't set down chairs, you don't need a permit, but we know of a few places with built-in seating.

That being said, we know of no place as beautiful as Star Tower.
